The film is based on real crime story . The producer of this film is Mo Shafiq Saifi, who immediately accepted this offer when he presented it to Mukesh. After the first film 'China Gate', he has made his mark in popular films like 'Gangajal', 'Kidnapping' and 'Golmaal'. AAA Entertainment producer Mo Shafiq Saifi has started a film based on a real crime story titled 'Gangs of Bihar'. 

Mukesh Tiwari will play the most important character Vijay Yadav in this action-packed thriller, which is going to be directed by Kumar Neeraj under the script. Najib Khan is the cameraman and Afroz Khan is the music director. After finishing the casting till Christmas, Jagira in Holi, singing Jogira with Sorry Mukesh will go to the film floor. Neeraj, who has directed several TV serials, claims that audiences will love an exciting saga of crime, revenge, politics, love flourishing in the shadow of terror.
